Privacy policy

What data is processed and why

If you use the form, your name, email address and message are processed to receive, manage and respond to your enquiry, including possible discussions about professional collaboration. Your data is not used for advertising or automated decision-making about you.

Legal basis

The legal basis is taking the pre-contractual steps you request when enquiring about a possible collaboration (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other enquiries and to protect the form from abuse, the basis is the legitimate interest in managing correspondence and keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives your data

The form is processed through Cloudflare Pages/Workers and forwarded via FormSubmit to the contact email. Messages are received and stored in Google Gmail. These providers may process technical data needed to deliver their services. See their policies: FormSubmit, Google and Cloudflare.

FormSubmit states that submissions to a form awaiting activation are stored for up to 30 days. Once received by email, messages remain in the inbox until deleted. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The location and applicable safeguards depend on their current services and terms, which are available in their policies.

Retention period

Data is retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. It is then deleted or restricted solely for any period required to address potential legal liabilities.

Analytics, cookies and external content

This version of the site does not include Google Analytics or the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. It does not use personalised advertising. Playing a video loads YouTube's privacy-enhanced player; YouTube may process technical playback data. See the Google privacy policy.

The site stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage to remember it on future visits. This preference is not used for tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by emailing juan.20102001@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. For more information about these rights, see the AEPD guide.
